一、项目背景 Project Background
酒糟是白酒生产的副产品，通过生物发酵等技术处理后将大大提高其蛋白含量，生猪价格，是优良的动物饲料，项目以四川沱牌集团有限公司丰富的酒糟为原料，以公司与四川省农业科学院、华中农业大学等科研院所合作研究酒糟综合利用加工技术为依靠 ，新建酒糟蛋白饲料生产线，发展循环经济，实现资源综合利用。
Lees is the by-product of wine production. Its protein content can be greatly enhanced by process with technologies such as bio-fermentation so that it becomes excellent feed for animals. This project uses the lees from Sichuan Tuopai Group as raw materials, depending on the processing technology of lees’ comprehensive utilization that co-developed by the company and Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Huazhong Agricultural University etc., to build a new lees protein feed production line, develop the recycling economy and achieve comprehensive utilization of resources.
二、建设内容 Content
在射洪县沱牌工业城征地30亩，新建年产20万吨酒糟蛋白饲料生产线。
To build a new lees protein feed production line with annual output of 200,000 tons covering 2 hectare in Tuopai Industrial Park in Shehong County.
三、前期工作 Preparatory Work
已完成项目选址和可研。
The site selection and feasibility study have been completed.
四、建设条件 Building Conditions
沱牌集团公司每年产生酒糟50万吨，为项目提供了充足的原料。公司有利用现代工程和生物技术开发高蛋白菌体饲料生产的全套工艺技术，有晓 名大学和科研机构作技术支撑。项目地紧临沱牌集团公司白酒生产区，原料运输便利 ，水电气供应充足，基础设施完善，与遂归高速出口仅5公里，交通便利 。
Sichuan Tuopai Group produces annually 500,000 tons of lees, providing enough raw materials to the project. The company has the complete technology using modern engineering and bio-technology to develop high-protein feed production, and is supported by well-known universities and research institutes. The site is close to the liquor production area of Tuopai Group so that the transportation of raw materials is convenient. Supply of water, electric power is adequate, while the infrastructures are improved. The project is only 5 kilometers away from the exit of Suining-Huima highway.

六、市场估量 Market Analysis
来 2015年，我国饲料产品需求量将来 达1.87亿吨。酒糟蛋白饲料的需求高达840万吨，市场容量很大。酒糟饲料比其他饲料每吨低200元以上，产品具有较强的竞争力。我市是四川省重要的畜牧业基地，仅生猪一项年出栏就达500万头，饲料需求量庞大。
By 2015, China’s demand for feed products will reach 187 million tons. Demand for Lees protein feed will be up to 8.4 million tons. Lees feed is lower more than RMB 200 per ton in price than other feed, which leads its strong competitiveness. Suining is an important animal husbandry base of Sichuan Province, only the annual slaughter of live pigs reaches 5 million, feed demand is therefore huge.

可实现年销售收入8000万元，税利2500万元。
The might-have-been sales revenue and tax-profit are RMB 80 million and RMB 25 million.
