二、建设内容与规模

项目拟建中药提取、片剂、饮水剂、注射剂生产线4条。项目建成投产后，可来 达年提取奥力欣1000吨、片剂2亿片、饮水剂600万瓶、注射剂4000万吨。

三、总投资及合作方式

总投资2476万元。合作方式：1、投资方以现汇投为股本，项目方股份须达51%以上，建立股份合作制企业。2、通过对项目与企业无形资产的整体评估，计价入股，股份应不低于30%；投资方以现汇投入作为股本，股份可达51%以上，实行异地重建，控股式经营。

1. Project Unit: Anhui Tianzhu Mountain Animal Medicine Co.， Ltd

2. Construction Content and Scale 

The project plans to set up 4 production lines for Chinese medicine 

extraction， production of tablets， drinking medicine and injection. When the 

project is completed， our company will yearly extract Aolising 1 thousand 

tons， 2 million tablets， 6 million bottles of drinking medicine and 4 

million tons of injection. 

3. Total Investment and Cooperation Modes 

The total investment is 24.76 million yuan. Cooperation mode: I. The 

investor can buy the shares by putting in capitals and the project unit must 

control shares above 51% to establish joint_stock venture. II. According to 

the general valuation of the project and the incorporeal capital which is 

the base of the share price，养猪论坛 ， investor can put in capitals and the shares 

should be above 30%; investor put in capitals as holdings and the holdings 

can be above 51% and can rebuild at other places and control the shares to 

run the company.
