这里是兽医检测诊断领域的年度盛会，是思想碰撞、经验交流的国际化和专业化平台。

征集活动指南
01、征集形式Submission process
提交摘要；
大会组委会对摘要进行评审；
获选摘要将以口头报告或墙报的形式在第七届国际兽医检测诊断大会上展示；
Step1:Submit Abstract;
Step2:Reviewed by the organizing committee；
Step3:Selected abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations at the 7th Annual Veterinary Diagnostic Conference.
02、截止日期
2026年2月15日February 15,2026.
03、语言Languages
中英文均可。中文摘要须附中英文双语摘要题目。
English(font size 12,Times New Roman)or Chinese(with English title).
如参加优秀学生报告评奖，需提交英文摘要。
English is required for those who want to enter for Student Presentation Award competitions.
04、摘要提交How to submit
口头报告与墙报摘要投稿请通过电子邮件提交至：AVDC vet.ksu.edu。
Oral and poster abstracts should be submitted via e-mail to:AVDC vet.ksu.edu.
注：所有提交口头报告摘要或墙报摘要的参与者（包括学生与非学生），请务必使用同一个电子邮箱。避免因邮箱不同导致信息关联错误。
Note:All participants(including students and non-students)submitting abstracts for posters or oral presentations must use the same email address.

05、摘要评审通知
Abstract review and notification
所有提交的摘要均须经过大会组委会评审。
评审结果将于2026年4月15日前与摘要提交人确认。所有获选摘要将被录入大会会议论文集。
✦All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Congress Organizing Committee.
✦The results of the review will be confirmed by April 15,2026 with the abstract submitters.All accepted abstracts will be entered into the conference proceedings.
06、学生报告奖项
Student presentation awards
提交摘要的学生报告人可参加学生报告奖的评选。
Student presenters are eligible for participating student presentation award competitions.
07、特别提示Special tips
获选摘要的提交人需要按正常报名渠道注册参会（学生除外，学生报告获选人可持有效学生证免费注册）。所有报告人仍须注册后才可参会。请访问大会官网www.avdc-china.com以获得更多信息。
Presenters of acceptance are required to register for the conference through the normal registration channels(except for student presenters who will be given complimentary registration upon presentation of a valid student ID).All presenters will need to register for the conference.Please visit the official conference website at www.avdc-china.com for additional information.
